Refunds and Returns?

• For lost mail: Please contact me via email at least 4 weeks after receiving your shipping confirmation! I'm happy to resend or refund for lost mail.
• For damaged mail: Please contact me with a picture of your damaged mail via email. We can discuss refunding or resending mail together!

When do you send mail?
